Her approach combines effective strength programming with mobility work and self-myofascial release to reduce pain, improve movement quality, and support long-term health.

As a 5-time bikini champion and experienced coach, Tara brings a results-oriented yet supportive style to every session. She also provides education in nutrition and evidence-based guidance for women navigating menopause and hormonal changes.
