Kelsey Case
Kelsey is a kinesiologist and performance coach with over 12 years of experience helping athletes and individuals of all levels improve performance, recover from injuries, and build long-term strength. She believes that exercise is medicine and is passionate about helping clients train with purpose, confidence, and resilience.

Early in her career, Kelsey coached elite athletes across Nova Scotia and New Brunswick before expanding globally, working with professional baseball athletes in high-performance environments.
​
Upon returning home, she co-founded Case Performance, a company dedicated to advancing baseball and softball athletes. Case Performance operates a state-of-the-art outdoor training facility in partnership with Rothesay Athletics. Kelsey also spent five years in a clinical setting as a Registered Kinesiologist, helping clients recover from injuries, restore mobility, and rebuild strong, efficient movement.

At Rothesay Athletics, Kelsey leads:
• Morning Strength & Conditioning Small-Group Training – progressive programs for the general public, coaching clients like athletes.
• Evening Athlete Training & Performance Coaching – enhancing athletic performance, preventing injuries, and supporting long-term development.
• 1:1 Kinesiology Support – for clients recovering from injuries or rebuilding foundational mobility and strength, many of whom progress into her advanced training programs.
